I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ATEL Capital (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
I had a basic phone interview with HR. Then was called into the office for a second interview. I interviewed with three different people; the Senior VP of HR, the Investor Services team manager, and the Head of Investor Services. They were all really nice and basically just asked about myself, my background, ambitions, and just tried to get to know me. Unfortunately, I was not hired but it seemed like a really great company to work for. They really want someone who is willing and eager to learn about and develop a continual interest in the Securities Business.

Interview
Very easy and comfortable. Met with team and manager. Had a phone interview before hand. Took less than a week for everything to process. Great office! Great people and relationships
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ATEL Capital (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
I applied online and got a call the next day for a phone screening. After the phone screen I went in to the office for a one on one interview. It was a pretty easy interview, usual questions about your experience and comfort level. However, the job title seemed to have transitioned from administrative assistant to receptionist. The interviewer also swore a number of times throughout the conversation.

Question 1
If I would feel that the work I was doing was beneath me
I know who this is and this is no way an accurate description of the events, infact, we made an offer to her after she called a number of times telling us how much she wanted the job.
We liked her personality and enthusiasm even though she did not have alot of experience, just graduating from college recently.
She verbally accepted the offer and after we sent the written offer she emailed back she felt she deserved considerably more!
We emailed her back stating she knew the pay and the job and that was more than market especially given her experience. She drew a line in the sand so we rescinded and gave the position to someone who was happy accepting and is doing great!
As far as swearing in the interview, you should be very careful telling malicious inaccuracies in a public forum like this. That in no way ever happened and she knows it.
