Begin with self-introduction. After that, start to discuss detail in personal and family background.
Then, discuss on previous working experience.
Discuss in details in development process flow.
Technical testing such as programming skill, Software architecture & work flow.
After presentation and technical testing, they will brief you on the job scope. Explain in details what they are doing. Discuss little bit on benefits they provided. Lastly, interview ended by bring you visit their office and manufacturing floor.

Writing test (mostly on electrical part and some about MCU basic knowledge) followed by an interview with two staff for about 1.5 hours. Mostly focus on your previous experience of study, projects and jobs. Quite nice interviewer and detailed description about the position and the company.
