2 rounds interview + written test
Managers in different department interviewed me together in the first round. R&D department has bias on GPA.
VP interviewed me in the second round. It is less technical than first round, more on attitude.

Interview
They are rude and often interrupt me. They totally have no idea about what is embedded system. They didn't mention anything about communication protocols, application processors, Linux, peripherals during the interview, etc. They told me their embedded software is running on the windows PC.

Interview
A phone interview from ASM pacific.
The human resource called at 14:00 and asked several questions.
The question includes personal statement, career objective and technical background.
As it is given by telephone, you should have good oral English capability and communication skills to keep the interview go smoothly. Meanwhile, ask proper question to indicate you are really interested in the position. For example, you can ask the human resource the working hours, colleagues, production etc.
