Just had the first round of interview from HR. It took around 15mins. Started with self-introduction, then motivation, and the strengths for the position, the challenges I've met, notice period and my expected salary.

One hour interview with a peer Product Owner and a Scrum Master, which went through my CV and experience, my reasons for wanting to join ASML
They dont have a real Product for PO role. They have followed scaled agile framework too seriously and created un necessary PO roles.
Very complex organisation, If you are really looking for an impact in your job as a PO, not a good fit.
For generic PO role, best suited.
