      The overall process had 3 stages. The first interview was over the phone with the recruiter. Stage 1: General questions about my field of studies, work experience and how I can relate those to the requirements of this role. There were also some technical questions on how to handle customer requests. Questions relating to solving technical issues of customers. Stage 2: Interview with the managers. More technical questions. Psychometric and behavioural questions were a lot to understand how we approach a customer's problem.
