Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ASCO Industries in Oct 2025
Interview
This position was through a recruiter, overall experience was not bad. First screen was with the recruiter, once you're short-listed you meet the VP of HR who is based in Belgium, then she shares the interview notes with the Plant Manager who is based in Delta. (which is also the site this position will be working out of). The in-person interview was a mix of scenario based questions and operational.
