Interview
There was two rounds of interview whereby they asked mainly research and family background. First round was with the HR officer and the second with the research manager in Japan, both were skype interview where you were placed in a conference room along with the lab manager in Singapore. Questions were not difficult and could be answered at the snap of a finger.

Interview
There are 3 rounds. The first round is with the team lead and HR. Second round is with team lead and Head of Research. The last round is contract negotiation.
