primo contatto telefonico per invitarmi all'intervista la mattina ,poi un primo colloquio in loro con il GM (al mio turno siamo stati in due candidati) dopo qualche ora entro le 17 mi confermano un secondo incontro con gli altri candidati scelti il giorno prima, dove per circa un'ora un ragazzo fa un briefing sull'attività e spiega come funziona il tutto poi ti dicono sei ti piaciuto il meeting ed infine ti dicono di portare i documenti per assumerti.

Interview
They dont mention during interview what is the role they have to offer you, but made it seem like its career worthy. The interview is easy, first part general questions about you and what you can bring to the company, then they explain to you tiny bit about what big brands they work with and how they are cool. If you pass first part second is group presentation during which they try to convince you that you wanna be a charity fundraiser, and sell you this role during the hour long manipulation, complete waste of time. BTW of course the training for charity fundraiser role that you didn't apply for is free and so is your work, absolute joke.
