Interview
I was interviewing for a Java software developer. I sent my resume to a recruiter that set up the interview. The interview consists first of a phone interview which had some basic java questions and the a thread question. After that i was called in and was given a technical interview by three senior developers. Lastly i interview with a support/integration person and then a business head who plays a key role in the products development.

I was given a scenario where a given address object was being accessed and modified by multiple threads. The question was how to modify the object to be thread safe.
