It was an easy interview; I was offered a job right after. However, the atmosphere and attitude of the staff was very rude and unwelcoming. Questions were asked aggressively and in a belittling manner. When I asked questions regarding salary, schedules, and responsibilities, there was no clear answer. The same day at the interview I was put to work for over 5 hours, essentially a day of labor without pay.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at APR 57 (New York, NY) in Dec 2022
Interview
Applied online and after resume screening i was asked to come in for a in person interview.
there were few other interviewers there so had to wait for my turn.
Mostly it was scenario based question on how can i handle multiple calls, emails and other administrative task. How familiar i am with retail (as i mentioned experience in my resume) and how i can prioritize my work and do it efficiently. Later i got a call on showing up for a trial day and depending on the quality of work i did. i was offered the job and i took it.

Interview
The place was pretty easy to find. I went in and they gave me two forms to fill out, and a few documents with their business introduction and blueprint as well as some job descriptions. Very open about their plans and willing to discuss about them which is good. Pretty good conversation, not a stressful environment.
