First i had to fill some table with basic HR information (desired salary, need visa sponsorship and etc.). Then some test assignment, just couple of simple algorithmic problems followed phone interview. Interview was ok, common C++ and CS questions and short discussion about assignment.
Same day i've got mail from HR inviting me to f2f stage onsite in Dublin same week. I told them that i will need visa to come to Ireland (there is job interview visa for cases like this), but got no answer at all. I've sent a couple of emails about a week later asking about my application status but haven't no feedback at all. I understand when there is no answer on sent CV, but acting like that after interview is absolutely unprofessional. It's not that complicated to drop just one line saying that you've mistaken and you don't want to waste time on this mess with visas.
