It was a little daunting at first glance but when you got there it was very easy and awesome. First, you submit your application and they call you in. They will send you specific instructions as to what time/place and the documents you needs. Basically when you get an interview you get the job unless you absolutely an idiot or don't speak any english.
They take you to a room where you fill in documents, then you wait for your name. They do several interviews at the same time (This was a big intake) they ask you typical questions like what does teamwork mean to you, describe a time when you had a difficult customer, etc. Easy ones. Then you are taken into another room. Here you are asked to set a table, and carry three plates at the same time. I couldn't... the lady said it's okay we train you. They just want to see how you follow direction :) Then there's an orientation day after that and you're in!!
