Generic app requiring cover letter etc. then received invite to online assessment, which involved traditional testing (patterns, logic, reasoning), and all the generic work-scenarios. Then received invite to online interview, however did not progress past this stage.
Online interview was hirevue based with an OA and couple behaviourals + games. Was fairly common questions you'd expect from any application for banks so prepare motivation and couple behaviourals.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ANZ (Perth, Western Australia) in Aug 2024

Started with behavioural questions, mostly discussing how you give and take feedback and using examples from uni or extra curricular things. At the end had time to ask questions and receive feedback from the partners.
