Written exam followed by interview was there.
Written exam was basic English test, some IQ questions. some essay writing for given topics .. etc. .. Then they called for penal interview. team lead and senior authors were in penal. They asked basic questions.

Three rounds of interview: Written round was a 3-hour assignment on grammar, comprehension, writing, and critical thinking. Round 2 was discussion with team lead(s); general questions and evaluation of your assignment. Round 3: discussion with the HR.
