Applied directly, Zoe was lovely and arranged both the technical and culture interview quickly, including rearranging the interview when having to deal with an emergency. In both interviews the people were lovey, and I received feedback either on the day or the next morning. I ended up declining the offer based purely on my own mental health currently, however the positive experience of the interviews and of the few people I interacted with, I would absolutely apply their again when I feel better within myself :)
