The interview was over the phone. The position is primarily one of sales, so most all questions were geared towards my sales abilities, history etc. The interview was conducted by the regional mgr. who would have been my immediate supervisor, but he left the position before I actually started.

Had to create a video for initial application. You are printed with a question on your computer and then you answer on video. If you didn’t like your answer you can delete and redo.
