Got invited for a video interview 2 weeks after first phone call. Got asked about questions related to job description, like daily tasks, working under pressure, conflict resolution, past experience skills relevant to the role
The process was okey, although the AC was too long (it took 3h). When you apply to multiple position this is way too time consuming. However, I appreciate the real-life examples during the assessment.
I had a phone screen followed by an interview with the team manager. Behavioral questions pertaining to my experience. Very straightforward process. Didn’t feel like I needed to jump through hoops. Recruiter was very transparent about the role and communicative.

Interview
The interview process starts with a call from a recruiter to Find out whether a candidate is interested, then it goes with one more call to identify candidates suitability for the role. Afterwards, an interview with AMS is scheduled. After a positive feedback there's a video meeting with a client.
