First contact via Linkedin, first screening call, Second interview with the AMS Manager, last Interview with the client. Feedback one week later and offer.
It is evident that Talent Acquisition is AMS core business. Very quick and smart process.
A few rounds with AMS and the client. Pretty simple conversations that lasted about 30 minutes to an hour. Very welcoming and inviting interviewers on both sides of the business.

Very good interview process, very relaxed and everything organised well. Interview carried out over Teams. More of a conversation and didn't feel under pressure at all. Overall was very happy with the process
