A current employee gave them my name and the company reached out to me. I had one phone screening and two phone interviews and two in person interviews. Everyone was helpful and professional. They are very big on their corporate culture and I was asked the same questions several times.

I encountered numerous questions primarily designed to assess my personal fit and compatibility with the team’s culture, values, and working style. I would recommend you prepare effective responses to highlight your strengths in these areas. (Star Method)
I had just one video interview with the team leads. They asked questions about my background and gave information about the position. Over all, very easy and they were very nice and personable.

My recruiter was nice but doesn’t let me negotiate on salary otherwise everything was nice. Be confident and they ask many scenario based questions and behavioural and I would suggest to be mentally prepared to answer the questions.
