Submitted application, Within 4 weeks had a phone screen with the recruiter then a week later I had an interview with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, no follow up after several attempts. Disappointing to not get feedback or even a response.

The recruiter was difficult to work with and communicate with. Constantly schedule calls and not showing for them. Once the interview was conducted it was lengthy but then was unable to provide any feedback.

Beware, you may be fulfilling an interview quota at this company as an external applicant. They will ultimately promote a less qualified employee from within. AMN seems to have a consistent track record of doing this. May account for the other negative reviews regarding their hiring process. Wasted my time here!
