I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at AMN Healthcare (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
Quick and on rails "interview." It really was a screening.
In short, the interviewer was very unprofessional. Making nods and false verbal comfirmations so loudly while I was speaking it was clear she was not listening. I think this role has a high turnover rate and gives me the impression they hire and fire in waves.
Oddly enough to make mattters worse, she pretended to be moving me to the "next steps. Asked me what my avalibility was, and I responded by saying I am open in the morning. What times are available. She said she NOT know the schedule of leadership and insinuated she was going ot look later. I then found a "not selected" notice on mthe workday candidate site. It was spite added to an already awkward interview.
I actively wanted the role as I liked the posibilities of the commission, so I will be reaching out to HR to see if I can connect with someone about my unprofessional experience.
Call with recruiter and then virtual call that they allowed me to take from my car since I worked in the office. Both recruiter and manager were very kind made me feel very comfortable.
