Interview process was simple. No real skill required, as you are expected to follow a script while speaking to the public. The main requirement was that you have intro level with computer operation systems.

There is a 2 interview process, prior to receiving the final offer and on boarding. Once you clear the 1st interview, you may get an offer for a 2nd interview. In the 2nd interview you have to check/submit your computer’s system requirements to confirm you have the proper operating systems needed to fulfill job requirements. There is a brief waiting period(3-5 days) to confirm offer status. Next up is training.
