Interview
They were very persistent trying to contact me after finding my resume on a job search site. I was scheduled for an interview and received 2 e-mails, 2 phone calls and a text message to remind me/confirm the interview. Two of the follow ups being after I had confirmed the interview for the second time. The first interview was supposed to put a face to the resume and last a total of 15 minutes. Upon arrival they had me fill out a application and questionnaire that asked various questions.

After completing the questions we had the 1-1 interview-my interviewer was distracted and wanted to know if I made it to the second interview when could I come in-the following day and if I got the job how soon could I start? The second interview was a full day shadowing which is cool-but I am currently employed and couldn't just at the drop of a hat take off.

Two very different interviews; the first one is just general to place a face on the resume, the second interview shows you what you would be doing. The second interview is the most important you get the experience and you get to talk and ask questions to actual employees. After the second interview they let you know whether you get the job or not in about one or two days.
