The conversations were professional, engaging, and informative. I was informed that multiple candidates were being interviewed and that the hiring manager would be going on vacation, which made the process feel time-sensitive. However, after the interviews, there was no follow-up or communication regarding my application status, even after reaching out. Clear communication following interviews is important, especially when candidates have taken the time to complete multiple steps in the process. Improving follow-up practices would enhance the overall candidate experience.
