Messy group interview, had to wait a long time and needed to be rescheduled because the didn't have time. It was awkward and one of the people in the interview didn't know what they were doing.
Online application before in-person. A lot of situational questions on dealing with guests. Very corporate on how you must answer no leeway on dealing very cookiecutter must answer by the book.
