I applied online and I was waiting to hear back from AMC, so I called them a few days after applying and spoke to the hiring manager and ask if he got a chance to review my application, he reviewed it on the phone and gave me a interview he also asked a few questions like if I had any tatoos and for my availibilty. The interview was easy basic questions were asked and know the stubs card program!

How are you with customer service and problem solving angry customers? It wasnt bad, a lot of what would you do if type questions. I got the job eventually. And it was my favorite.

Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
