I applied to this job and got a call back the next day for an interview. The interview process was one on one with the hiring manager. I was told that I would hear back by 6:00 pm the following day to say if I had gotten the job. However, I didn't hear back for a full week. They wanted me to come in for a second interview with a different manager. The questions were rather strange for a movie theatre job.

All the questions were bizarre. I was asked things like, "Have you ever had bad service at a restaurant?" "Have you ever had to wait in a really long line, how did it make you feel."

Very chill, i wanted a part time job in high school The manager was cool and was personable to talk to. They just asked to sell stubs pamphlets ( I think the program is different now).
Applied online and then was called in for interview. The HR manager conducted the interview, and afterwards I received an offer. Typical questions like name a stressful situation and name a time you had to overcome a difficult situation.

they push rewards cards, show you a walkthrough of the theatre and the staff break room. they ask you your shirt size and your favorite movie (that is the fun part)
