I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AMC Entertainment (Burbank, CA)
Interview
Hiring process was pretty easy, they called me and had me screened. Basic questions like are you willing to cooperate with the dress code blah blah blah. Then they schedule to come in for an interview. It's a group interview, they take you upstairs and ask you really simple questions. Including, what's the dirtiest restaurant or store you've been to, what was your proudest moment in life, tell us about a time you had bad customer service, what's your favorite movie. They do a couple of questions, the two people interviewing then step out side discuss, they call people out and dismiss them (a.k.a they didn't get the job) they do this three times until they have all the people they want. The group was about 20 people only 4 got the job.
