The interview process was very straight forward. The meeting was with the CTO. There were no test's, white board sessions, or code reviews. It was a simple discussion on what you can do and what you have done. And how you can be a fit within the company.

Interview
Came in, handed out copies of my resume to CEO, Team Leader and Lead Developer. Pulled up a few portfolio sites and while the lead developer reviewed them, I answered questions about my skills and goals. Was called back a few days later with an offer.
