The HR representative who reached out to me earlier was quite proactive and provided me with ample information. Despite the somewhat disorienting communication method (telephone conversation), and even though the initial impression wasn't extremely professional, their enthusiasm was still greatly evident. Nevertheless, when it came to scheduling the interview, I already sensed that the interviewer appeared fatigued and arrived 20 minutes behind schedule. The level of communication interest seemed lacking throughout the entire process. It left me with a sense of having my time wasted.
