I was interviewed for Alten Stockholm.
The manager reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we scheduled an interview. The interview with the manager went smoothly, and afterward, they sent me a challenge test. After completing the challenge, I had a second interview with a senior consultant. However, I never received any feedback. Despite trying to follow up, I haven't gotten any response since July. They ghost me.

Quali progetti hai fatto all'università e in quale linguaggio
El reclutador fue muy desordenado con mi proceso teniendo que recordarle múltiples veces para que agendará mi entrevista técnica . En la entrevista técnica fue todo lo contrario muy amable la persona , preguntas muy claras. Lo malo es que después de la entrevista técnica me gustaron , no me dieron resultados a pesar de hacer seguimiento
Common HR filter then technical interview with engineers.
They gave told me to solve logic problem in a codebase written in C++.
Also, they asked me more questions about how would I react to certain work scenarios to understand my psychology health.
