Il candidato dopo un primo contatto viene contattato per un primo colloquio conoscitivo, successivamente viene contattato da un responsabile al colloquio tecnico che valuta le conoscenze e la predisposizione al problem solving del candidato.
In caso di esito positivo per il colloquio e se è disponibile una posizione per la risorsa, allora si viene ricontattati e viene offerta una posizione lavorativa.
Colloquio conoscitivo tramite teams, molto tranquillo e cordiale. Disponibili con le esigenze universitarie. Hanno accettato di fare il colloquio successivo due mesi dopo per venirmi incontro. Personale risorse umane gentile.

Interview
It is about Alten Romania, based in Bucharest. Company provides fake recruitment process, fake interviewing, and fake employment. During interviewing team leaders and managers present themselves as totally incompetent, do not know basic facts on their project, contract terms, and professional corporate language. Company's HR does not know a local labor code, first they proceed employment online, while very few days before the start date they find obstacles to commence employment and start to attack by phone calls and WhatsApp. Finally, when they force you to decline to start work with them, they send you a notification on termination by courier, while you never got a job contract from them. Their HR claims that a signed agreement for employment, a purely declarative form without a legal significance, is equivalent to a job contract. Pure fiction, they provide all the fake onboarding just to earn money for fake recruitment and fake employment.
