Mon cas a été assez spécial je pense.
J'ai passé un 1er entretien classique avec un Business Manager où l'entreprise m'a été présenté pour commencer. Puis j'ai parlé de mon parcours et fait part de mes attentes en terme de mission et politique RH, prétention salariale.
J'ai passé ensuite 2 entretiens pour où plusieurs missions m'ont été proposées mais les clients en question n'ayant pas sélectionné mon CV, je n'ai pas eu de suite.
A ma demande, Alten m'a fait une proposition sur profil plutôt que sur mission lors d'un 4e et dernier entretien avec un Responsable d'Agence.

Au dernier entretien il m'a été demandé de restituer brièvement ce que j'ai retenue de la présentation d'Alten
Heel weinig communicatie en heel veel valse beloftes tijdens sollicitatieprocedure. Nooit meer iets gehoord na sollicitatie gesprek. Meermaals gecontacteerd en meermaals te horen gekregen dat ik de week erop iets ging horen en dat gebeurde maar niet.

Two conversations with Alten HR and business development manager, one conversation with a potential client for a project and after approval I received an offer for a full time contract.

Il colloquio si è svolto in videochiamata con un referente HR e il manager dell'azienda. Il manager si è dimostrato poco preciso e poco stimolante. Tuttavia colloquio in cui ci si è concentrati sulle mie competenze, senza però ritenerle necessarie ma solo come plus. Inoltre ha illustrato diverse attività da approfondire e che sono richieste nel mondo lavorativo.
