Started with brief phone screen which progressed to on-site interview. Was given a tour of the manufacturing section by the owner (they take away your cell phone). Sit down interview with HR and Finance person Said they would make decision in a week. After a thank you then another follow up I felt I was being stalled. I withdrew from the process after 2 weeks
