Basic interview with 2 staff members, was shown around the lab afterwards. I got a call back when I first applied within 2 days scheduled an interview within a week. both staff members were ok although they didn't wear masks, a bit odd considering it's a microbial testing lab.

Sat you down in a room and asked you serval questions. You needed to take your passport with you. You needed a proof of address from within that last 3 months before being given an interview.

The most ambiguous question was "if your boss told you a report was needed ASAP but the samples were failing a quality control procedure what would you do?"

The interview was quick and straightforward, lasting about 20 minutes. The manager was friendly and easy to talk to, which made the conversation comfortable and relaxed. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The interview was decent. The interviewer was polite and tried to answer all questions. He was upfront about the repetitive nature of the job and the different departments I was eligible for. The wage wasn't provided which is always a bit frustrating.
