Phone Interview then in person interview with department manager, offer of employment, acceptance and start on the following Monday. Standard questions for each job title. HR controls all communication with new hires.

No technical questions more behavioral questions. What would you do if you found a mistake in your work, tell me about a time when you disagreed with a manager
Straight forward with 2 supervior and not technical tested question, about half an hour. They have a sheet that they followed to ask you question about and evaluate based on 2 superviors.
The interview for the Laboratory Assistant position at ALS went very well. The atmosphere was friendly and professional, the questions were clear, and I felt confident explaining my skills, education, and motivation for the role.
I was first interviewed by the HR and then I ham an in-person interview with the department supervisor. It was a smooth and straightforward interview process, and I was able to get the job! :)
