-Got a tour of the facility then went into the manager's office for an interview
-The questions were really simple behavioural questions
-Be on time
-Got a phone call for screening then made an appointment for the actual interview date

Interview was average, it was said about the routine, company historic, asked about past experiences and how to handle a busy day and tasks. It was with directors and supervisors.

Interview
First came a phone interview with an HR and then in-person interview with the lab manager in the workplace. The phone interview was really boring since the HR person was not trying to facilitate a conversation at all.
