Interview
Mostly standard questions, only 2 out of 7-8 questions were technical questions. Interviewer was very nice. The pre-screen phone call was a random call, though, which was kind of weird, other companies sent an email to schedule.
The interview process typically involves application screening, initial recruiter contact, interviews with the hiring manager and final selection. It helps employers evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and overall fit for the role.
The interview process has been straightforward and started with just emailing only because of the pandemic. They are handling it well considering the circumstances. I am assuming there will be a phone or video chat component after.
