      I applied online. I interviewed at AISTS

      Interview

      First, there is an online interview tool, followed by actual human led discussions. The online platform benefits only the employer, not the candidates. In my opinion, the interview process should be designed for both sides, allowing candidates to ask questions, interact, and determine whether the opportunity is a good fit for them. This was not the case here. Using a one-way recruitment platform serves only the employer. Additionally, while AISTS emphasises that they welcome all applications and encourage a diverse range of candidates, in practice, prior experience in the sports environment is a must. Without it, candidates have no chance.
