Long interview process. they like to hire from within rather than hire from outside if they can avoid it. Not a ton of upward mobility at the current moment. The interview process itself is about 4 or 5 rounds depending on what position you're applying for

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AIPAC (Washington, DC) in Mar 2019

      Interview

There was a brief phone interview, which was then followed by a skype interview. Following this there was an online assignment, and then I was invited to D.C. They paid for my travel expenses and hotel to come to D.C. and interview. During the interview I was met with several staff members and the interviewees cycled between the several different interviewers, interviewing with each one. 2 weeks later I heard back.
