It was very chill. More of the interviewee talking and just a casual conversation to see if you are a good candidate and whether you have genuine interest and passion.

The interview process was very simple and straight forward. It was mostly the interviewer explaining the company and roles. You had to answer mostly very basica questions like tell me about yourself, your experiences, with some more company specific questions. Make sure to ready the job description and do some company research as it will be very beneficial to the overall process

They do insurance sales. So the interview was more like a behavioural interview where they don't ask any technical questions. But the internship was not an internship but just something similar to program where they do sharing.
