Interview
Ghosted. Interviewed for 30 minutes with one of the engineers. Very nice, and good discussion. Questions were standard, "tell me about your resume" questions. Sent a follow-up email ~1 week later and never heard back.
After a phone screen, the company brought me in to meet the team and hear what each person was working on. They asked a few questions about my experience and hobbies and interests. Overall was a pretty easy interview.

They are a start-up, with no idea what they want in a candidate during the interview process. Asked random questions. Then ghosted for a few days, and out of the blue, without asking for a convenient date or time, arranged for a panel. And the panel was so not interested in this whole thing. Joined 10 min late, one was driving, one just woke up, one didn't know what was going on. Again asked a bunch of most random, unrelated questions and finally ghosted for good.
