Interview
The process what somewhat straightforward but lengthy. There were three separate interviews over the course of about 6-8 weeks. The final interview is with the CEO and is a bit intimidating. If he doesn't like you, you don't get the job. The questions were very general and focused on ability to be genial and customer oriented.
