There were 4 individuals sitting at the table asking about prior experience and attendance. Then the supervisor had me walk the production areas for a visual on what the job entails. About a 45 minute process

Met with several managers from the plant. Some mangers seemed like they really didn’t know what was going on or why they were even interviewing me. Seemed like there was little to no structure in this process.
