Interview in their office, has been taken more than one and half hour, asked more than 40 questions from each member of the department and also from HR. However, after the feedback from them, it seems that they already decided in early stage, I do not know why they have kept the interview one and half hour.

Panel interview in a very relaxed atmosphere. Everyone was very nice. Very flexible company met my expectations on hours and compensation. Got a tour of the plant and my future workstations.
