The application starts with an online psychometric test to evaluate suitability of the role via questions testing intellectual capability and personality traits. The next stage is followed by an in person group interview with assessors asking behavioural and situational questions and a presentation.

Interview
Final interview contains a part of five minutes presentation of a chosen topic and behavioral questions. Behavioral questions are mostly come from the temple that can be found online. Two or three people were being assigned to a room with two interviews. After the presentation, it is question time for the presentation.
