The initial step is a online recruitment assessment test. It is a simple test with behavioral questions.
The next step is panel interview, where 4-5 interviewers including the VP would conduct a technical interview. This can be face to face or online depending on the panel preference.
It is worth highlighting that the interviews are very technical and they might ask questions from IFRS, Audit process, Risk identification etc.
Even if the job description says that the role is for operational audit, the interview questions would be 70% on IFRS and 30% on operational audits.
