Interview
A full day of tours, presentations, and then an interview. Interviewed with about 20 other candidates. Interview itself took about 25 min. There is a lot of exposure with a few divisional VPs and other upper management throughout the interview day. Recently hired engineers (1 to 5 years) came in to talk with the group of candidates about their experiences. There was also a Q&A with them.

Applied online and received an email with a link to an online interview and was asked to record my answers to questions on video. The answers were then reviewed by a team member who then notifies the applicants of the decision.
Online interview took about 30 minutes to complete.

The first interview was at a career fair at my college then they flew me down to Decatur, Illinois for the second one. The second interview was on a Monday and I got an offer that Friday.

Interview
The people were extremely friendly and wanted me to interview them as much as they were interviewing me to see if the job would be a good fit for both parties. I talked with them at my career fair and received a next day interview and got my job offer 1-2 days later.
