The interview was a series of 3 panels focused on different aspects of research and its associated work. The typical questions about how one would approach a problem/issue from a professional and technical method, one's experience with XYZ, and what one could contribute to the team and the company as a whole.

Q: How would you approach a problem that you didn't have much background on? Q: Describe a time where you had to collaborate with others. How did you deal with communication, any difficulties, and the like?

Interview
Applied online, get the phone interview about 2 weeks afterwards. Phone interview takes about 30 mintues, and mainly talking about research related questions with only one or two behavior questions.
