Interview
Day long process involving interviews with numerous management and employees. Was provided lunch and was able to learn more about ADM during the interview process. Questions were the basic interview questions asked everywhere.

What is something you could bring of value to ADM.
Great experience got to learn a lot of things in the office and on-site visits. Truly had a great experience with the staff, Chief Auditor in the department was never there so that was odd.

What makes you more qualified than other candidates?
Took a long time to get an interview and when i did the process was extrememly long and drawn out. I felt it was very formal, uncomfortable, and up tight. I did not find management there to be understanding about anything outside of work like family or health situations. They did not treat employees well and always made them feel like they were far beneath the management
